Friday Night Youth Session

Since 1996, the Islamic Educational Center of Orange County has been dedicated and focused on our future generation--the Muslim youths. Composed and run by our very own Muslim youths, they manage and shape each session according to the issues that interest them. Their core mission is to set an Islamic atmospher, by which Muslim youths could interact with one another, exchange and discuss spiritual and intellectual topics. An ethnically diverse group of youths, the youth sessions are generally geared towards high school and college aged youths, as well as others who wish to learn about Islam. Imam Sayed Moustafa Al-Qazwini leads the youth sessions. Throughout the year motivational guest speakers are invited to address the youths. In addition to conducting the youth sessions, the youths also hold picnics, sponsor Islamic holidays, and camp outings.
